  • A dedicated Care Team with a primary counselor, recovery coach, and mental health provider as needed

  • Optional aftercare phase where you can strengthen your sobriety by supporting others

Cognitive Skills Group (Moral Reconation Therapy)

Our Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT) program is exclusively available to active clients. We offer this evidence-based therapy in a flexible hybrid format, combining in-person and virtual sessions to best serve your needs.

Domestic Abuse Counseling

Meeting MN Statute 518B.02 requirements, our Domestic Violence Therapy program offers separate men's and women's groups in a virtual format. Our evidence-based approach provides structured support for lasting change.

Anger Management

Our co-ed virtual program uses Reality Therapy, which is based on Choice Theory. This approach helps you understand how your choices impact your life and supports you in taking responsibility for behaviors that meet your core needs: survival, love and belonging, power, freedom, and fun. Choice Theory, developed by Dr. William Glasser, recognizes that all human behavior is driven by these five basic needs and that individuals have the power to choose their actions based on them.

Family Programming

Our three-day program runs three times throughout the year, providing education and practical opportunities for healing together. It helps families move from distrust to reconciliation, frustration to understanding, and conflict to agreement.

We welcome anyone who expects to continue a relationship with the client, as family support significantly increases the likelihood of maintaining positive change.

  • Family members learn to:

    • Understand addiction as a family disease
    • Develop healthy communication skills using "I" statements and reflective listening
    • Identify and adjust family roles that may unintentionally support substance use
    • Engage in self-care and their own recovery journey
    • Work through specific concerns in a supportive environment

The program includes educational sessions, individual family meetings with staff, and opportunities for sharing through letter writing and presentations.
